The Initial Visit
When you arrive at the practice, you will be warmly greeted by our front desk technician (also our financial tech). Our therapy technician will conduct your initial examination after checking you in and submitting any necessary insurance information. The next stop is the exam room; you will also have an opportunity to complete any paperwork at this time.
Our exam technician will take your medical history before our chiropractor joins you to discuss your concerns and perform further tests if necessary. We take the time to understand your unique situation and provide you with the highest quality of care.
Based on our findings, we may proceed with imaging or move forward with care. Once the necessary assessments are complete, we will discuss the proposed care plan and answer any questions you may have.
Financial Matters
Financial matters are an important aspect of your health care journey. Our financial technician will discuss all aspects of your care plan with you and address any questions or concerns to ensure that you understand the associated costs.
We accept various insurance plans, including Medicare and HSA plans. We also offer extended payment options such as CareCredit® and ChiroHealth USA® and accept all major credit cards.
Additionally, we are registered through the VA and receive referrals from them. Our goal is to make your visit as seamless as possible from the moment you arrive to the completion of your treatment.
